Cliggitt Valuation, Inc. specializes in commercial real estate appraisal and valuation services, real estate brokerage services, and property tax analysis and representation. We are located in Lakeland, Florida and serve the Central Florida market.
Our firm performs appraisal and valuation assignments on a wide range of properties and is actively engaged in site/property selection, marketing, negotiations for property acquisition, disposition, and lease transactions. Additionally, property tax services including review, analysis and abatement are conducted for property owners.
