What is a Rush Appraisal?

A rush appraisal is a property valuation that is expedited to meet an accelerated deadline, typically faster than our standard turnaround time. While the quality and accuracy remain the same, rush appraisals are prioritized and require additional coordination and resources to complete quickly.

Why Might You Need a Rush Appraisal?

Rush appraisals are commonly requested when:

  • A buying or selling decision is value dependent and needed quickly
  • A closing or financing deadline is approaching
  • Legal or court proceedings require a valuation under a time constraint
  • You need quick support for tax planning, estate, or insurance purposes

Our Rush Appraisal Services

  • Retail, office, and industrial properties
